Repair Policy

United Optics products are built to be very high quality standard and with normal use will give you many years of reliable service, we are warranted our new products are free of all manufacturing defects in workmanship and material for one year since the products leave the factory, excepting that the products have been abused or disassembled.  

If any manufacturing flaws within one year since the products leave the factory we will be responsible to repair these defective products by free of charge, we will send back the repaired products to you as freight cost prepaid as fast as we can, and you only should to do is send these defective products to us as freight cost prepaid also, we will point our forwarder for the returned shipment.

After one-year guarantee has expired, you also do not worry about your products, as we will be happy to continue to provide you our repair service at reasonable cost.
